For a long time Mizudra was under the attack of the organized crime syndicate known as Team Rocket, even to the point that all transport to and from the island was halted. With a iron grip Team Rocket roamed through Mizudra, taking what they wanted, killing whoever stood in their way.
Most of the people of Mizudra tried to continue living normally anyway, but a few of them banded together in order to stop Team Rocket and drive them away from their home. From this group of rebels "The Cloaks" were born, a couple of strong trainers prepared to do everything in their might to stop Team Rocket and their plans. The battle between the rebels and Team Rocket raged on through out Mizudra for several years without a end seemingly in sight.
In the end the leaders of Team Rocket in Mizudra were killed. No one knows exactly how, but some say it was the efforts of "The Cloaks" and the rebels that finally payed off, and others say it had to do with internal conflicts of Team Rocket itself. "The Cloaks" also disappeared during the same time, either disbanded or dead. Either way it turned out, Mizudra was finally blessed with long awaited peace.
Seven years has passed since the end of the war for Mizudra. While peace has been lasting for these last seven years it seems to soon come to an end. A few members of Team Rocket has once again been seen around the island, as well as other people seemingly from another organisation. Once again Mizudra stands before a threat that could determine the future for everyone living there.
