End of All Hope
The year is 2013 the world is not the same and has not been the same for many years. It was two years ago when the world as we knew it was thrown into chaos and darkness. An alien being known as Darkseid claimed lordship over the planet Earth and began to subjugate humanity. Many humans fell foul to there own inner darkness and followed Darkseid willingly, others resisted and are considered enemies and outlaws.
Superman's influence on the world never happened. Darkseid intercepted the childs journey to earth and took him back to Apokalips to be converted to his will. The Intergalactic Force known as the Green Lantern Corps had been assigned to protect earth and humanity. But all but one of there membership survived after an attack by Darkseid. With the coming of the Blue Lantern Corps new hope has been restored.
Can humanity survive through this terror or will the entire planet be consumed by it's own wickedness and be slaves to the will of Darkseid. Or will the Lantern Corps prevail and save Earth from destroying itself from within?
Heroes can be Villains, Villains can become Heroes. The choice is entirely up to you.
