THIS THREAD CONTAINS SOME VIOLENCE TO DEPICT THE EVIL OF THE REBELS. IF OFFENDED BY THE IDEA OF A YOUNG GIRL GETTING BEATEN UP, PLEASE DO NOT READ FURTHER!

When she'd first been through, it had been snowing and full of terrifying weather. White had never liked the cold however, and having to wear pants instead of her shorts always frustrated her. If anything, she liked the hot weather. She really should move to Kanto. But regardless, the snow had long since melted in the town belonging to Brycen, the ice type leader, and she had found herself making her way back there to see the difference in seasons. Her mind had been on Cheren, Black and N for quite some time. She had kissed all three, each in a different way, and had since become the girlfriend of Cheren. She knew she should focus on that, but her kiss with N and the obsessive nature of her best friend Black had her concerned.
Telling each of the boys she'd been going on a short trek to find a new pokemon - in other words, looking for an excuse to run away for a few days - she had made the long journey through Twist Mountain to come out on the top, where the snow ususally gathered from the sides. Her hair blew in the cool breeze. Even though it was summer, the town was colder than every where else, and she felt the strands tickle her nose as she made her way towards her usual camping ground. It was getting later in the evening, and she wanted to set up just outside the grounds before everyone else. Of course, most people stayed in teh Pokemon centers or hotels, but she was just not like that. She liked sleeping outdoors under the stars. She liked listening to the night pokemon coo, and watch the skies change colours.
She shook out her sleeping bag and arranged a small campfire, ready to put some food on for herself and her pokemon. They were still in their pokeballs, and she put them on a lopped tree trunk, allowing them to fall into the crooks as she continued to prepare her campsite, her eyes drooping with tiredness. She knew she had to focus, but things were occupying her mind. Reaching over and releasing Mizuchan and Gogochan, the two small pokemon made happy noises as she threw the cover to her sleeping bag over the other balls, just in case someone came with sticky fingers.
She frowned to herself as the fire crackled before her, listening to her Pokemon chatter and pulling Gogochan into her lap, happy the little thing had joined her team. Even if she was a strange little drama queen. The time to herself however had her thinking about Cheren. He was her boyfriend now. The thought made her flush with joy. He thought she had feelings for someone else. For N. She wrung her fingers. Perhaps she had been lying when she said she had no feelings for the older boy, the ex plasma king. She knew she was drawn to him after the electric kiss they'd shared, but Cheren had been kind to her since they'd met.
She had often caught him staring, and had oftened wondered about what they were doing when they went out catching Pokemon, and on a date. It wasn't that she didn't want to be with him, but she did wonder if he'd ever trust her, knowing how she felt about N. Boys were so complicated.
Her eyes closed as she leant into Gogochan, who let out a croon, enjoying her hug. She needed to enjoy the time she had free. Without boys. Iccirus city was quiet, it didn't have drama. All it had was cool breezes and a summer sun. She doubted the rebels would be so far up in Unova, too. They would be more interested in the big cities like Nimbasa, or Castelia. They'd never want anyone from up north to suffer attacks, it was just too peaceful. Well, except for Dragonspiral tower, but that was because that was overrun by dragons. That had been where N met Zekrom, too.. she frowned to herself. Why oh why couldn't she get the boys from her mind? N was quickly erased to thoughts of her newly announced boyfriend however, and she smiled as she fondly remembered the look on his face when she'd appeared in lingerie, and their many lingering kisses.

Haruka's voice was low and pitched so that only the softly hovering Altaria carrying her could hear her voice. Rather than dress in her usual men's clothing - which was far more comfortable - Haruka had taken on the guise that Bunny had actually come up with. The idea of keeping an idenity secret... She was starting to think Bunny had a thing for short skirts and boots from the outfits. Mind you, at least Bunny looked good in her knee high boots - nothing in the world would have gotten Haruka into anything that wasn't the ankle-high blue ones she wore now. Even with the softest wind that Cyrris was stirring with her wings, Haruka found herself unconciously tugging at the short sailor-skirt before shaking her head at herself. It wasn't important. Right now, she had a target. A very cute target... With cute rare Pokemon that wouldn't be hers for much long. Oh this was going to be fun.
Only one way to find out how much fun though.
"Altostratus. Let's see if she's superstitious." Haruka chuckled before putting her hand to the sword at her waist, "Talisman, I need you now." She murmured, her mind racing ahead as Cyrris waited for her command. The ditto-sword shifted instantly, jumping into her arms with a soft cooing sound while Haruka motioned to the trees above White with one hand. Even if White didn't catch the flash of movement in the otherwise still night, Altostratus did. With a ear-splitting shriek, he dove from the branch above White, skimming his talons through her pony tail and tugging slightly before wheeling away and landing across from her. Red eyes gleaming evilly at her as he cackled, Altostratus flapped his dark wings furiously at her right as Haruka called.
Talisman, transform into Bulbasaur and use Vine Whip to hold the girl down!" Talisman responded immediately as Haruka called it, jumping to the ground smoothly and transforming halfway to use the attack his trainer had called to send two strong vines shooting out towards the young woman where she sat so distracted before the fire with her little Pokemon in her arms. Talisman cared not if he caught the little Pokemon as well, jerking the vines so that he pulled White away from the fire. Couldn't have her hurting him so he'd let go, now could he? If White struggled, he'd just tighten his grip and if Haruka asked it of him, he'd transform again to hold her in another way. Whatever his trainer wished.
"Poor little girl." Haruka's tone was taunting this time, as she waved Cyrris closer to the ground so that she could leap from her back, landing easily on her feet. Straightening as she stared at White, Haruka couldn't help but smirk to herself as she walked slowly forward, returning Cyrris to her Pokeball. "Lost and alone. With no one here to save you." She mocked again, tossing Stratus' ball into the air so that the Pidgeot was able to shoot up into the air with the incredible speeds known for the bird type and hover against the moon, wings spread in a terrifying sillouette.
"You should know..." Haruka murmured as she stepped forward, one arm rising so that Altostratus could land on her arm with a flutter of dark feathers. "That I'm a part of the Rebels. You're about to lose your Pokemon... All because you let your guard down." Alto shrieked again, trailing off into another cackle as Haruka bent before White and smirked at her while Alto turned so his red gaze was still on her, with Stratus and her Dodrio Nimbostratus protecting their trainer from behind.

She was always so focused on her company, and so focused on the path ahead that she never had time to stop and ponder the goings on around her. Which was why being curled up alone with her pokemon by a fire in Icirrus city had never concerned her. She wasn't used to the fact that letting your guard down and focusing on all the goings on in your life could mean danger. Especially in such a dead city. The fire crackled before her, and she happily enjoyed the warmth contrasting the cold breeze from the mountain air, Gogochan snuggled into her chest. She was almost asleep, in fact, her thoughts having taken her so deep into her own mind. Cheren's face in the back of her head forced a smile to crack on her lips once again, and she was dozing as she rocked a little, Mizuchan concerned and about to wake her when a Murkrow flew by overhead.
The caw was enough to surprise her, and the shriek caused the young woman to make one in kind, throwing her hands above her head as she felt her ponytail pulled at her head. She yelped in pain, throwing herself downwards. Murkrows weren't supposed to be in Unova. Let alone flying over head. The superstitions about the dark type bird flew around the girl's mind, and she looked around furiously, Gogochan and Mizuchan both reacting in a flurry to defend their trainer from the pokemon. White had almost made a move to stand up when she felt vines whip around her and drag her back from the fire. Bad things happened when a Murkrow flew overhead at night. That was what she'd always been told. But Murkrow were not common in Unova, so she had never thought that superstition would come true.
Screaming wasn't even the right word to describe the horrified, high-pitched keen that escaped White's lips as she was pulled back from her safety spot, away from her pokeballs and unable to move. She struggled pointlessly against the strong grass vines, and looked around wildly. "No! Let me go! Arceus save me!" Her voice was no longer the calm, soft tone she usually took. It was hurried and horror filled, wondering if she was about to be the victim of a heinous crime. She pulled again to no avail, and Gogochan struggled against the vines also, kept in her lap and unable to move. White's anxiousness worrying the doll-like pokemon enough to prevent her from attacking back. Mizuchan however looked ready to attack, but dared not without command.
White's horror prevented her from thinking, and she opened her eyes to see a fairly young, very attractive woman in a sailor suit not too far away. She flailed against her bonds, looking up at Haruka with anger in the blue depths of her gaze. "I'm not a little girl, and I'm not lost or alone! My pokemon are here with me!" She tried to sound confident, thinking of an attack for Mizuchan to use. "Who are the rebels. And why do you want my pokemon? Use your own!" If they were going to attack her, she would at least attempt to get to know as much as she could about them first. They started it. As a pokedex holder, and a hero of Unova - oh Reshiram, where were you now? - she knew she had to figure out what she could.
The woman must be a member of the team that had attacked Kanto not too long ago. So they were in Unova too! She struggled again, trying to get to her knees but failing against Talisman's tight grip. "You can't take my pokemon! You can't! They're mine!" Her voice sounded desperate. "Get lost and leave me alone! You can have all my money and everything else, but keep your filthy, Arceus damned hands off of my Pokemon!" she spat her last words at Haruka, angry beyond belief. No. She couldn't have them. She needed to get free to protect them. Gogochan made soft sounds of concern against her, and tears threatened White's eyes. They couldn't take her. They couldn't hurt her.

Listen to her screech!
Alto wasn't a pleasant bird, and when White's shriek echoed around him he merely cackled again, waiting for the command to do it again. Oh please let him do it again. There was no denying Haruka's pleasure in his actions too, her hand warm and affectionate against his feathers while she watched the girl squirm in Taliman's vines. Haruka had trained her Pokemon well, harshly, but well. For a breeder she had wanted to know what level her Pokemon could reach, and perhaps it was that determination and drive that had made Bunny ask her to stay with her all this time. "Cry all you like, he won't let go." Haruka grinned again, though it was far from her playful, charming smile and leaning towards something a little darker. More sinister for White at least. For all her struggles, Talisman simply planted his feet harder in the ground, growling under his breath to intimidate her even more - if a Murkrow heralding terrible things in her face just wasn't enough. "Save you? What a joke, you've made it so no one could possibly hear you.. no matter how hard you scream. So feel free, my dear. Scream all you like, I'll enjoy it." No better way to shut up a brave person than to encourage hysteria. Haruka didn't know if White was the type to give in to the hysteria or not, either way it wouldn't matter.
"Your Pokemon? So ready to defend their trainer they do nothing. Nimbo." THe last word was spoken as a command, and the Dodrio crept from the bushes, all nine eyes watching the little monkey-Pokemon with caution and mocking. The girl had spirit though, Haruka had to admit. The blaze of fire in her dark blue eyes only made her that much more attractive, and the fact that she dared to spit questions at her while bound and unable to fight. Even if her other Pokemon were with her, she couldn't reach them and so Haruka paid them no mind, though her eyes did flicker to the blue monkey again. Then back on White, one hand lifted, trailing down her cheek to grasp her chin in a firm grip. "Asking questions? My, how rude. Perhaps Alto should peck out your eyes..." The Murkrow responded to Haruka's threat, leaning closer to White's face with sharp beak ready to attack, leaning closer to the girl until he was close enough for White's eyelashes to brush against the very point of his beak... "But it would be a shame to ruin such a pretty face." Haruka murmured to complete her sentence and Alto snapped away, cackling with laughter as he watched White in fascination. Would she cry? Scream? Shake? Alto was hoping for all of them.
"I can't? And who's going to stop me? You're hardly in a position to be making demands." Haruka murmured playfully leaning in closer to the younger girl. She was so lovely, so desperate that Haruka show some mercy on her... Shame that she had none to give. Tempted by White's anger and the glimmer of tears, Haruka's firm grip on her chin became restraining as she leant forward that last little bit to kiss White. If she'd thought Black was rough with her, it would be nothing compared to Haruka. Haruka aimed to scare, to bruise, to frighten. Drawing back for breath, Haruka leaned back, only to bring the hand gripping White's chin towards her cheek for a slap with all the power of her shoulder behind it.
"Nimbo. Use Drill Peck on the monkey. See if her trainer doesn't change her mind about giving them over." The Dodrio leapt towards the smaller Pokemon, while Alto's high cackling laugh provided the perfect backdrop to Stratus' hovering form. "Tell them to come quietly, and I won't hurt them." ... Much. Her mind added evilly as she smiled down at White.

She fine with war, and all the other flying types that had surrounded her and been apart of her life had never once given her pause to think she might be wrong about them. But all of a sudden, birds were White's greatest fear. Alto's cackling to frighten her made her cower against her bonds, and gave Gogochan more fear. The tiny pokemon was just a baby! She didn't know any better! Who was going to steal her? Why? Would she ever get her back? White felt herself infuriate until another mocking caw shrieked through her brain and she once more threw herself away, screams wracking her throat. "The town isn't too far.." She tried to reassure both herself and her attacker. Someone would hear her. Someone would come.Terror was struck deep within her eyes and she stopped her struggling for a few moments, knowing that she was wrong. No one was coming. She was going to die out here without a second thought from anyone.. Her silence and stillness did not last long however, and the girl was destined not to give in just yet. She was a hero of Unova! Another louder scream struck through the night air like a knife, and she shone pure fury from her eyes at Haruka.
"They wait for my command, Mizuchan-" she was cut off as the Murkrow was leaned forward, trying to escape, to look away. She fell still however, its beak so near to her eyes that the tears that had threatened spilled foward. Blind? She would be the worst! His beak struck a cord in her brain however, and she whimpered as tears erupted freely from her eyes now, crying hard. She attempted to blink them away, to keep staring angrily, but the fear and horror had taken over now. White knew not to ask questions. Haruka was intimidating enough in stature, and now she was threatening to have her birds do horrible things to her. "P.. please dont.." Her voice was ragged with sobs, and she sniffled as she looked down at Gogochan and over to Mizuchan. She should call out a command, but none would come to her head. Her will as a trainer lost, she was struck with the terrible thought that she should never have considered herself one.
The bird moving away was a relief for the girl, but tears did not stop pouring from her still-determined eyes. She was angry and sad all at the same time. Why would someone attack her? She was one of those who had fight for trainers to stay with their pokemon.. She wouldn't learn anything about the rebels from Haruka however, which frustrated her. She couldn't even follow her back to a base since she was all tied up. She breathed out softly, attempting not to speak for fear the bird would return, and blinked away tears only to feel her head wrenched upwards to look into the face of her attacker. "N-" she couldn't even complete the simple word before the older girl's lips crushed against hers. No playfulness or tenderness was in those lips. She yelped in pain as they bruised and maimed. She was hurting and terrified all at the same time. What was she to do? She was about to spit or bite when a hard slap knocked her face sidewards, aching much more than a regular slap.
She watched the Dodrio move towards Mizuchan, and White screamed out loud as the monkey pokemon looked desperately for a call of an attack from her trainer. White had never felt worse in her life, sorrow wrenching at her very soul for her mind's lack of ability to think of a damned attack. But then, they were surrounded. There was no way she would be able to attack without being hit anyways. "I.. Don't hurt them! Please don't hurt them.. Mizuchan, you have to.." Her gut wrenched with pain, and she looked desperately at the monkey, sadness in her eyes. She loved her so dearly.. and Gogochan.. "You need to go with them. You too, Gogochan.." The gothic doll pokemon in her arms looked terrified, and White gave her a sorrowful, loving look. "Please, please don't hurt them. Mizuchan, protect Gogochan.." She struggled again against her bonds, hoping to reach something to help get her out so that she could rescue two of her beloved.. well, family.

As White continued to be brave, even going as far as to say the town wasn't that far away. Haruka remained firm in her stance; however, she could scream as much as she wanted. There were few people in the world that would hear a scream and investigate to see if they could help. And White had seperated herself from them by camping instead of going to the Pokemon center for the night. "And yet no command has come forth... She waits so patiently, watching you get bruised and beaten and threatened. Wanting to help... And you won't let her." Haruka's main objective wasn't just to steal White's Pokemon, but to break her. To make her cry and be terrified. Every time she heard a Murkrow screech, she wanted White to remember this moment when she was helpless against someone else's will. Everything White did was because Haruka had planned it - well, sort of. The screaming was getting annoying, and Haruka hoped she didn't do it again.
The tears came and Alto cackled with laughter again, even as Haruka used one hand to lightly wipe one of the tears away. She had said 'please', that was one step towards begging, but she moved Alto anyway. "Since you asked so nicely." She agreed, smirking down at her prey. So scared, so weak really. All because of Haruka. And she still wanted to fight! God this young woman was attractive, the fight hadn't completely died in her, not yet... and she tasted nice too. It was enough to have Haruka tempted to kiss her again, especially at the scream for her Pokemon's safety. As White spoke, Nimbo paused in his lunge, glittering eyes fixed on Mizu-chan. As long as White was going to make them come with them, Haruka said they wouldn't be harmed, so he paused, one head looking towards his trainer for her next command.
"Good girl. I want them in Pokeballs, and just to remind you what will happen if you decide not to let them come with us after all... Alto, Peck." The Murkrow responded instantly, aiming for the little Pokemon in White's arms with sharp beak while Haruka let him use her arm for support, not moving to intercept him or stop him in anyway. Nimbo kept his eyes fixed on the monkey, fully intending on attacking if she made even the slightest move towards his trainer. Haruka's eyes were expressionless as she watched both Pokemon, trusting Stratus to know when to move as she didn't the others. White's struggles increased and Haruka's lips twitched. "Talisman." She called, and the Ditto-Bulbasaur's vines tightened quickly around both trainer and Pokemon. White might have felt the pinch of them, but no doubt Gogo-chan would suffer more from the extra tight vines.
She wasn't really in a position to make requests, but if that was going to make stealing her Pokemon easier so Haruka could play with her... Fine. She'd already promised she wouldn't hurt them any more if she made them come quietly, and she turned to the monkey-type - What the heck was it called any way? - and smiled. "Into your Pokeball now dear one. Or your trainer loses her eyes." Once again Alto responded, leaning in close to White and opening and closing his beak to frighten her. This was so fun! He hadn't had this much fun with a person in a long time. It was good that he was with Haruka then, that he was able to do such things. Whether he actually would aim for the girl's face was all dependant on Mizu-chan now, even as Haruka stepped forward to grab the girl's chin again. She didn't want her just upset, Haruka wanted her bruised, shamed, broken. She wanted to leave this little girl with nightmares about her face, and her team.
"You really are lovely... It's such a shame that it's going to change very soon."

And who do you think you are runnin' round leaving scars Collecting your jar of hearts
words 663 tagged haruka, closed still music grenade - bruno mars comments a quick comment White felt bad enough that she hadn't commanded her pokemon to act for her. She felt bad enough that in a moment of need, she had come to such a level of fear that everything had been wiped from her brain. Everything but that sheer terror, the glistening beak of a bird pokemon and the fac tthat it could do far more damage to her than she could ever do to it. Eyes closed tightly to keep herslf from trembling, and she forced her vision down to the dirt, not wanting to look at the water monkey or at the psychic, gothic child. She knew they would feel betrayed, to have her let them go, but she needed to. She couldn't see them hurt. That would be far worse.
"Just leave them be.. they've done you no harm.." The screams of the young trainer had ebbed away into a constant stream of sobs now. Everything hurt. Her eyes hurt, her body hurt, her lips hurt and her heart hurt. She tried in vain to blink away her tears once again, but the sniffles kept coming. "Please, please don't hurt them.. they're good pokemon. They're obedient and sweet. They won't do you any wrong if I don't tell them too.." And it was true. Gogochan was still too young to act without command, and Mizuchan had always been a fairly obedient if mischeivous pokemon. White wouldn't order them to act out against the trainer or her pokemon for sheer numbers. They were outnumbered and she wasn't about to risk her pokemon's safety to get herself out of trouble.
She stared at the Murkrow in fear, and Mizuchan almost made move to act, but White shook her head at the monkey, praying that no harm would befall either the Simipour or Gothita she had come to think of like family. At Haruka's next command however, she let out a cry of protest, Gogochan already in pain from the vines and feeling a sharp stab of pain as the bird attacked her. She was unable to defend, or able to use her strenghts to her advantage. She struggled in pain against White's chest, and White wept for her, she wept harder than she had ever before. "Mizuchan, get back into your pokeball. Gogochan, return when they call for you to do so. Their pokeballs are there, by the fire where I was sitting."
She indicated with her eyes where the pokeballs would be, glad that she had hidden the other four safely. "Please, don't hurt them any more." Mizuchan did as she was told, pressing her hand against the button of her Pokeball and being withdrawn into it. White felt a stab of pain, and groaned as the vines tightened against her. She needed to stop struggling, for as much as they were hurting her, they would be hurting Gogochan much, much more. She went almost numb as Haruka grabbed her chin once again, preparing for pain to rip through her with another kiss. However, none came yet, and she stared at her attacker with almost thanks in her eyes. ".. Do what you want to me.. you can have anything.. just.. please don't hurt them any more.."
The last ounce of fight was pushed out of her, displayed for Haruka to see. More than anything else, what she wanted was her pokemon to be safe. If that meant it was not with her, well, that would have to be the case. "You won't get away with this though. Stealing pokemon. Whoever the rebels are, you won't keep getting away with hurting innocent pokemon, or taking them from their trainers. You may have them now, and I won't protest so long as you don't hurt them anymore.." Her voice was still racked with sobs, but strong underneath it all. No matter what happened, she would get Gogochan and Mizuchan back someday. "Someone will take down your group. Like every other group has been taken down before."

When they realised that this wasn't a trick, that their trainer wouldn't be returning for them. Better than anything else, it would be the fact that they would be hurt by this, as much as their trainer would be. Haruka personally would have searched to the ends of the earth to get any of her team back from another's hands, but strangely, she didn't think this girl was going to be capable of that for much longer. Poor darling. "Sweet and obedient? I can see that. As long as they do as they're told.." There was no promise in her words, but Haruka hoped White would see one there. A promise that as long as they behaved no harm would come to them aside from what had already happened.
"I knew you'd see it my way. Alto, watch them. If she tries to escape, attack." That was meant more for the little Pokemon, White was far too terrified by Haruka's reasoning. Turning away from the girl to walk over to the fire and scoop up the Pokeball containing the monkey-Pokemon and the empty one as she balanced both in her hands. It made things so much easier that they weren't struggling, "Return Gogochan." Using the little Pokemon's name for the first time since she'd heard it, Haruka followed the command by tossing both Pokeballs into the air, up where Stratus her Pidgeot immediately snatched them from the sky with his claws.
She was still so brave. Even when begging her not to hurt them. It was almost enough to make Haruka want to agree, but she would have no control over them once they were delivered to her superiors. She wouldn't know where they went or who they would go to, or if they would just sit in an empty vault alone and cold. She didn't know, and thus she couldn't say anything to White. Instead she merely gave the girl and almost sympathetic look, her fingers gripping firmly at her chin and leaning closer. "Perhaps. But the fear will remain. The fear of Murkrow, the fear of me, the fear of losing your Pokemon. We can't be beaten, because the fear will always remain." And even if they were defeated, Haruka was a breeder as well, she had something else to fall back on, something to return to when this was all done.
Leaning forward again, Haruka kissed White for a second time. Though there was a wealth of difference again, this kiss light and soothing, playful and soft, encouraging any response she could get out of the girl with all her skills. "You could come with us. Join the rebels. Have your Pokemon back." She whispered softly against the girls lips, kissing her again and keeping her lips light and sweet on White's. She'd fought so hard, but if she refused, there would be a whole new world of pain awaiting her... Haruka didn't like being refused.

And who do you think you are runnin' round leaving scars Collecting your jar of hearts
words 628 tagged haruka, closed still music grenade - bruno mars comments ooh, white's angry Gogochan did not look happy. In fact, she looked downright scared as White felt her move against the bonds, not caring that every movement against the Ditto's vines were making her all the more weak. White wanted to plead for her not to move, to tell her that everything would be alright and that she would come to save her. She wanted the baby pokemon to know that she loved her. Gogochan watched Alto with fear, and White winced as Haruka picked up the pokeballs to call back the little gothic pokemon that had fought so valiantly to stay with her. Who had struggled and wanted to do something, but had been unable. White cried for her, and as the ball was picked up, she glanced down at the Gothita who was whimpering in fear.
She didn't think this would actually happen. They were supposed to be together. Gogochan had been so close to evolving too, to be growing and being more of a star than ever! She sobbed loudly as Haruka spoke the return calll, and White cried out, "I love you, Gogochan, Mizuchan!" as the balls were tossed up into the talons of the bird pokemon. She would never be able to look at birds the same way. Never. They were evil, they responded to evil wills. Murkrow's superstitions were right because they were simply evil birds.
"I'll fight the fear," she tried to say, wanting to fight back against the rebel now that her Pokemon could no longer be hurt. She wasn't going to try to free them, they would do as they were told, but she no longer cared about the pain against her body where the vines were bruising her skin. "I'll fight the fear and I'll find them. I'll take the rebels down on my own!" she sobbed through her speech, trying to sound determined but still sounding so weak and so broken. She had never felt more revulsion and hysteria in her life. How could someone who was so beautiful like Haruka do something so evil? Beauty was not supposed to mean evil, it was supposed to mean strength. She wanted desperately to free herself, to fight back.
She frowned as Haruka leaned forward, expecting all the pain and force from her previous kiss. When it was gentle and sweet, she was thrown, and nearly found herself falling for the act. However, as she spoke, White snarled and bit down hard on Haruka's lip, "I will never join you or your stupid team! I'll fight you all until the day I die before I joined you! I'll get them back my own way!" She yelled, wanting to instill some of the same fear and hatred in Haruka that she had done to White. White may have lost her pokemon, but she was not about to lose the one thing she knew for sure.
She was a Unova hero. She would never back down. Fire burned in her blue eyes, and she struggled once more against Talisman's bonds, wanting to break free, to fight this girl hand to hand if she had to. How dare she! She had kissed her twice and tried to break her spirit. She had stolen two of her most beloved pokemon and had hurt Gogochan in the process. How could she ever dare to think she would join a group who did so much evil without thought? White wanted to spit in her face, but figured the bite was enough. Spitting was vile, and as vile as Haruka may be, White would never stoop to that level. Never.
"You are disgusting to even think such things. People won't let you do what you want! There are others who will fight you, even if I no longer can!"

Despite the sharp pain it had caused, Haruka was impressed. So she couldn't be tempted over to the rebels, fine. Her eyes hardened as she looked down at White, she wished that she'd taken the offer, wished that she'd agreed. No matter now, a soft laugh escaped as Haruka crossed her arms over her chest, letting White have her moment of triumph. "But you don't even know who I am." She taunted easily, listening to the steady hiss and flap of wings around her as her Pokemon hovered for commands. Commands she would be giving very soon, "I hope you find those people willing to fight for you... But I think you'll discover that the human race is rather selfish... They won't fight, because they'll be scared to lose their own." Haruka intended to break this girl, the last of her spirit, and she was going to have to try a lot harder.
Shrugging, Haruka lifted her head to smile at Alto, hands reaching up to let him simply brush against her fingertips. "So I can't help you with temptation, as much of a blow that it is that I couldn't win you over with that, it's fine. There are others who appreciate that in me." A smirk, directed down at the tied young woman that Talisman wasn't about to release any time soon, rather as she struggled the vines tightened again, squeezing the prey tightly before Haruka stepped forward, aiming another hit at the girls face, this time her fist curled over instead of open handed as before.
As though reacting to some unseen signal, Alto dived at White again, dark feathers rustling as he dove first for her face then tangled his talons in White's ponytail and yanking sharply several times. "You'll regret saying no. Trust me, there's a lot of things a bird can do to a person." There were alot of things Haruka could think to do to her too, but there was a line that she drew. She wouldn't cross over it. Violence; however, she had no problem with that. THe next blow she aimed at White was a strong kick to the stomach, aided by Talisman's restriction of White's movements. Planting her heel on White's shin as Alto stretched down to sharply peck at White's shoulder, Haruka's lips twisted upwards in a cruel smirk. "Then again, there's a lot of things I can do to a person too."

And who do you think you are runnin' round leaving scars Collecting your jar of hearts
words 491 tagged haruka, closed still music breakaway - kelly clarkson comments and now you broke her. xD It could be said that White had faith in the human race. She would never give up on them. Even if they had almost willingly done what Team Plasma had asked, that was because they had thought they were hurting their pokemon. Because they loved them. They would stand up to these rebels, because they didn't want their pokemon taken by force. However, things took a turn for the worse as Haruka spoke. Her faith dwindled. Was she right? Would they avoid fighting, to avoid the same fate that she had befallen herself. "They're out there somewhere.." she tried hopefully, her voice weaker, less determined but still equally racked with sobs.
She gasped in pain as the vines tightened around her, watching the bird carefully as Haruka stroked it. She had been expecting another slap once she'd bitten her, not for her to back off. However, the malice soon came, and she should not have thought so fast as a fist collided with her cheek and she tasted blood, knocking her onto the side. She gasped in pain, unable to even cradle her aching face as she fellt to the ground, restricted so much she couldn't get up. She wanted to keep fighting, but pain kept her from speaking. Instead, she felt the tear of claws at her skin and into her ponytail, and let out a screech.
It was excruciating. The talon marks across her already bruised cheek danced up towards her hairline, and she threw her face down into the dirt, attempting to shield her eyes from any more damage. Another scream was broken midway as a kick thrust into her gut, sending another stab of pain wrenching through her body. She crumpled into herself, sobbing hysterically. She couldn't move now if she'd tried, the pain shot through every movement she made. Even crying hurt as the tears soaked into the slices that had since begun to bleed. "Stop.. please.." she pleaded, winded and almnost breathless from the kick.
Her shoulder felt another stab of pain at the peck, and she felt the skin break, bleeding from there too. Terror. It was no longer fear, it was terror. She cried weakly on the ground, blood soaking her face and hair whilst she clung to every breath after the kick. "I'm sorry.. I'm sorry.." her words echoed over and over. She felt the foot on her leg and prayed she wouldn't break it.. "Please.. no more.." she mumbled feebly as her body stopped it's motions. She didn't know what else to do.
White cursed herself inwardly. She had wanted alone time, she had wanted serenity under the night sky and instead she was alone on the outskirts of a mountain without Cheren, or Yellow. Without any of her friends by her side. Pain was all she could think of however, and she spat blood from the punch once again. Why couldn't she just have stayed at the damned pokemon center?

The praise was all Altostratus needed to flutter above the girl continuously, cawing and darting at her without making contact this time. She was frightened, and that encouraged the Dark-bird more than anything else. He'd always thrived off the fear and loathing people had when they realised, finally, that they had been tricked. Most of those superstitions weren't true, but he made them real. Haruka merely watched as Alto dove at her, talons grasping at her clothing, her skin, listening to her scream and shriek as she wriggled away. It was a good thing that Talisman was holding her too, she couldn't get away now. Never. Shrieking with laughter again, he fluttered above White, his movements dislodging a black feater from his wings that Haruka instantly snatched from the air.
"Now... You'll always remember me. No matter where you go, darling. You'll know that I caused you this much pain..." She bent, smoothing her hand over the tangled curls and tucking the black feather into her hair with a firm pat on the head. She was crying, broken and bleeding, and Haruka was enjoying the sight more than anything. She recalled Nimbo back to his Pokeball, having no need for the Dodrio to be out and about as she watched White, her foot remaining planted on hte girl's shin. It was so tempting to break it, to slam all her weight down on her leg. Still, she didn't want the girl dead and she would need help. White needed to be able to tell everyone of the skill of the Rebels, would need to spread the fear around the regions, especially those that thought they were safe. They wouldn't be for much longer. It was simply that Haruka got bored, and when she got bored, she decided to strike something that many people held dear. "You're going to need help out of here. Poor little thing, do you have a phone? I'm sure you have one, I'll just have a look shall I?" The real reason may not have been that she would need help, but it was good enough for that moment. She would need help, assuming she could get herself out of that sobbing mess and back on her feet at all. The other reason was simply to send a message to all her friends, with that image of their friend curled on her ground, bleeding and crying. She just had to locate a phone of some kind - since she didn't really want to buy a new one for herself. That would just be useless.
"Aha, here we go. Now, we'll just send a short video to all your friends shall we?" White wouldn't get a choice either, as Haruka simply stepped closer to pull her head up to face the little camera as she spoke again, "No one is safe from the rebels. Remember that. Your friend here is in Icirrus City, on the outskirts camping. She'll be left for you to collect whenever you see fit." She murmured, before sending that same video to the last ten contacts she'd called on the phone. Was Cheren - the most recent number - her lover or something? Haruka certainly hoped so, it would make things so much sweeter if that turned out to be the case. Dropping the phone beside the girl casually, Haruka stepped away, Alto ceasing in his diving to wheel away up next to Stratus who had come lower to the ground.
"Perhaps when we meet again, you'll be more receptive. Save me a kiss for next time, and thanks for the Pokemon." Leaping up onto Stratus' back, she recalled Talisman as she did so, the Ditto-Bulbasaur releasing White moments before as the Pidgeot screeched once in the darkness before taking off, with Alto's cackling laughter echoing behind them all.
Haruka smirked once again as she brushed her fingers against Stratus' feathers. "Thank you Alto, Stratus... You did well." From there, she was going to have no more thoughts about the broken girl in the night.

And who do you think you are runnin' round leaving scars Collecting your jar of hearts
words 434 tagged haruka, now open music forgotten- avril lavigne comments and she's passed out. woot! Torn. Everything on her was torn. Her clothes were ripped, her skin was bleeding in more places than she could count and the pain that ripped through her was all the more vicious with every moment. She coughed blood on the floor, crying even as Haruka spoke to her, recording her for film and warning everyone about the rebels. She whimpered into the night as the phone was dropped before her, one last feeble attempt at saving herself and moving as she spoke. She didn't want people to find her like this. She didn't want the woman to send the video to her friends.
Sorrow and terror wracked her whole body. She was sure she'd have a few broken ribs and that her face was royally ruined, but she didn't care. Blood seeped around her, darkening on the dirt as the moon shone down on her broken body. She watched with almost relief as Haruka few off, and felt her arms meet blessed release, falling onto the ground and attempting to push herself up into a sitting position. She needed to get herself into town, she needed to get up.
Bloodloss however made her head spin, and pain tore through her as if she was a piece of paper, her body weakening and collapsing down onto the ground once again. She plucked the dark feather from her hair, balling her hand into a fist around it and groaning. Her dark hair was matted against her head with blood, the ponytail well and truly torn out of its binds from the mess. She lay still, spitting blood once more as another wave of pain sent through her body.
Exhaustion from crying and terror finally took it's toll on White, and she glanced at her phone. What if no one came? Would anyone even try to find her, or would they leave her by herself, like Haruka had said, in fear of the rebels doing something to them, too? She closed her eyes, if for a moment, and found her sobs had stopped, shallow breathing as she slipped into unconciousness, letting the pain take her.
Perhaps when she woke, she would be in a better place.
Cheren, Yellow, N, Green, Red, Blue, Black, Bianca, Her mother, her friends.. Would she ever see any of them again? She was glad she had made sure to tell them all frequently how much she cared. She was glad she had met them all. If noone found her, well, she guessed that she would just become one of the tales in the history books. She just hoped someone would come.
Someone.

Impatiently, the young trainer check his watch again. 6pm, she was late. They were supposed to meet up at the Pokemon Center an hour ago to get going towards the next city so he could challenge the next gym leader. He was pumped and ready to go and she was late! Where could she be? Black picked up his phone and punched in her number. Ring, ring, ring. No answer. He put his phone back into his pocked and scratched the back of his head irritated.
He had put all this effort into putting on a brave face for her after all the crap he's been put through because of her, Cheren and N and she just decided she wasn't going to show up? The whole White and Cheren thing had really broken him, and he knew that she was much more interested in him and N than she was in him. Black placed his hand over his eyes and rubbed them, he was starting to get worked up again. He didn't need White to see him like this again. He had been so impulsive around her and all it did was hurt her more and more. He needed to keep his impulsive side in check and keep that to himself. There was no reason to drag White into his problems.
Black sighed. What was he going to do? Was he completely out of White's mind? Did she even think about him like that anymore? Or the better question, did she EVER think of him that way? Black thought she did, she seemed like she liked him, but she seemed to have changed drastically since he had kissed her. He was just trying to comfort her...was that so wrong? I'm sure N and Cheren would have done the same thing if she had been acting as crazy as she was to him, to them. He had panicked and did the first thing that came to his mind that he thought would help her see what was right in front of her.
Beeeeeep. Black hear his phone make a noise. He had gotten a text and it was from White. Good. Maybe he could get some explanation for him. The Gym Leader wasn't going to wait for him forever. Though his brain was focused on the gyms, his heart had been worried for her. He wasn't really only focused on the gym, that was just the way his brain was wired. His heart cried out for her and had a strange feeling that something was going on that he needed to be aware of. Black opened the phone and watched the video that had been sent to his phone.
...........
His entire body shook. Eyes wide and bloodshot. What the hell? There was no way that that could be real. There she was, the love of his life, curled up crying and bleeding. He could feel his legs stiffen and his heart completely shatter. His heart had been right all along. Something had been happening. White was in trouble. He was stiff and unable to do anything. He couldn't do this. Not now...White was in trouble and she needed him. He had to do something. But what? Certainly she wasn't counting on him to be there for her. The first people that probably came to her mind was Cheren and N.
The young trainer shook his head. No. He couldn't think like that. No matter who she chose, he loved her more than anything and would search for her over the entire Pokemon World and never give up. He had to think clearly. His brain was completely filled with nonsense. Black knew better than anyone that she was waiting on him, but what could he do to keep his mind focused. Black reached back and pulled out a Pokeball. "Come on Musha, do your thing."
Black closed his eyes as the Munna took hold of his head. He took a deep breath as he felt the dreams and worries completely vanish from his mind. Everything was going....blank. It had always felt funny when Musha did this. He had always felt that it was like he was a drink and Musha was just sucking out the liquid from a straw. After only a minute or two, Black's mind was completely blank.
Icirrus City. He had to get there right away, but...he couldn't move. "War!" Black threw out another Pokemon and immediately jumped on the Braviary's back. "White's waiting on us, we need to get there pronto!" War gave a mighty caw as he flapped his wings and took off into the air. He just had to get there in time. She had to be alright.

Cheren liked all aspects of time. He kept track of it often, whether in the form of night and day, sunset and sunrise, when the sun changed to moon or the moon changed to sun or simply as electronic and modern as the display on his X-transceiver. Twenty-seven minutes. Twenty-seven minutes since the last he had heard from White, twenty-seven minutes since she had promised, promised to call him when she was safe and sound in Icirrus City. She was supposed to meet Black – his still best friend, despite everything that had happened – along the way, but she had been travelling by herself. And it was nearly nightfall. Not a doubt in his mind did he consider her weak; White was the boldest and most headstrong girl he knew, she could take care of herself no problem, along with her pokemon. But he had still asked her to call. Maybe for his own, selfish peace of mind. Because he missed her when she was away. Because he had to make sure she was okay when he couldn’t see her. Because, honestly, as much as he trusted her, she worried him a ton. She hasn’t called or texted back yet… As he thought, he stared at the clock on the wall, then at the device on his wrist, then at his cell phone, digging through each of his electronics as if he had possibly missed her response somewhere. Staring frustratingly at the screen, he pushed up the bridge of his glasses as they slid down his nose. Half an hour now. Arceus, it really should not be taking her this long. Icirrus wasn’t so far from where she had been coming from. Maybe… he should call her… No. No. It might look too rash. He might be jumping too early, looking much too desperate. He couldn’t have that. Cheren was always one for exercising patience. But for the first time in his life, impatience picked at him because she was taking way too damn long to contact him and goddammit, he was worried— --the little beep sounding from his phone broke his thoughts. Oh. A new text from White. All of the anticipation in his body melded away into rest. Finally, was his thought as he breathed a sigh of relief. But why was she sending a video when she could just call him? It made no sense. Unless she was just being silly. He shook his head, a little smile playing on his lips. ... Was he wrong. What the hell was this – ? The voice. The image of White, battered and bruised. The sound of her helpless cries, just the thought that someone, someone – what was it? The rebel forces – had hurt her, he… He… couldn’t stand to watch anymore. In a fraction of a second, he was running out of the doors of the pokemon center, releasing his unfezant and heading on his way towards Icirrus’s outskirts. ~ From an aerial viewpoint, his eyes frantically searched for any sign of the brunette. The smell of smoke tinged his nose and upon closer inspection, he observed that someone had built a campfire that was still lighting up the surrounding darkness. Could it be White? With anxiety, he directed his unfezant to descend towards the site. Once his feet met ground, his eyes flickered hastily throughout the darkness, trying to spot something he could recognize. “White…? White!”The familiar form of the young woman, sprawled out on the ground some feet away from him made him freeze in his tracks, if only for a moment, until a surge of adrenaline ran through his veins and he was running towards her, forgetting everything else and focusing solely on her. And the moment he was in front of her, staring down at her broken form, his knees buckled from under him and he collapsed on the ground beside her. “… ….White…” The sound of her name coming from his mouth was small and broken as his eyes met her figure. Her clothes were torn and her body was battered, cuts and bruises alike being displayed everywhere on her small frame. So many questions raced his mind. What had happened? Who had done this to her, and where on earth were her pokemon? But more importantly… with the highest of fears, he placed a shaky hand on the base of her neck, gently palpating for her pulse. He hated to force himself to understand there existed the possibility that she... well, he couldn't even bring himself to think it. But those fears melded over when he felt the faint, though steady, thrumming of her warm pulse against his fingers. He really had to thank Arceus she was alive. Relief. That was the first thing he felt as he examined the slow rising and falling patterns of her chest. But then, then something new and unfamiliar overcame him. Anger. Rage pulsated through his veins, swallowing him completely until the only feeling left in his whole body was just that. He wanted to know who had done this to her. His fury heightened at the sight of her face, bruised and roughed from hands, filfthy hands that didn’t belong anywhere near to touch her. It was an unwanted touch that, at the thought of it, made his blood boil so dangerously high that his whole body began to shake. No one had the right to lay their hands on her. No one. … And suddenly, something else washed over him. Something like sadness, of guilt mixed with heartbreak for the girl, the girl he had come to care for and adore… and he had let her get beaten like this… His look was intense as he watched her peaceful looking face, ignoring how suddenly cloudy his eyesight had gotten, despite the fact that he was wearing his glasses. He took a breath, reaching for her hand, squeezing it gently with his own. “White? Can you hear me? St..stay with me, okay? I-I’m going to get help. Just stay with me…” He hastily reached for his cellphone in his pocket, only to discover that he had left all of his electronics back at the pokemon center. Damn it. The only other option would be to run to the city’s pokemon center, but he couldn't do that. He absolutely refused to leave her by herself. Think, Cheren, think…He had to get help somehow. But he couldn’t do it alone.
