But it flew away from her reach And the bullets catch in her teeth. Life goes on, It gets so heavy, The wheel breaks the butterfly. Every tear, a waterfall In the night, the stormy night. She closed her eyes. In the night, the stormy night, Away she'd fly.[/style]

Reaching out a hand, she made contact with the handle and her fingers closed around it as she pulled it toward her. The door opened and a little gust of cold air welcomed her into the icy gym.
A little shiver racked her body, a soft curse slipping through clenched teeth. Why was it so cold in here?! She knew Pryce (it was hard to call him by his name, now...) was a master of ice, but this was ridiculous. From the looks of things, his statues were still there and the gym looked rather untouched, almost frozen in time as he was.
Something white on the wall caught her eye and when she turned toward it, she gave a loud gasp. There, right in front of her, was one of the old masks, mounted on the wall. It looked like the one Silver used to wear, but she definitely wasn't planning on getting a closer look. The brunette turned on her heel and moved deeper into the gym, precarious steps placed carefully. She had a feeling that they set booby traps up in every gym and her mind was reeling with what would happen to her if she managed to trigger one.
"If I get hit by a giant ice ball, then so help me Arceus..." Blue growled the words out and her lovely features morphed into a rather unpleasant scowl. She was already having a bit of a bad day and getting hit by an ice ball would make it way, way worse.
Bright eyes darted around as a creak echoed in the hollow space of the gym. She was the only one in here, so why was there a creak? Unless... She whipped her body around, eyes wide with fear. The door was slightly ajar, but hadn't she shut that? Her eyes widened even more as a feeling of dread washed over her. Who was in here with her? What did they want and why the hell were they following her?!
She had to do something, had to hide and wait it out until her unwelcome company had left. Blue glanced around once more, noting the shadows she was close to. If she could manage to keep her movements quiet enough, then maybe she could slip into a nook in the wall. The shadows in the dark gym covered the nook and made it the perfect hiding place, something she was quite thankful for.
The dex holder shrunk a little and made her already small frame even smaller in an attempt to keep herself unnoticed. She slipped her boots off her feet and held them in her right hand as she tip-toed to the shadowed nook, her heart racing. All she had to do was wait for the person to leave. It was easy enough, right? She leaned her back against the wall and tried her best to keep herself as hidden from sight as possible, her once easy breathing now a soft, panicked sound. She kept reminding herself that she was going to be just fine as the sound of footsteps filled her ears. They seemed to be getting closer and closer...[/style]
