Salamence had taken a liking to flying off course to show off to his blonde owner. The blonde, however, wasn't having it. She had to constantly remind her lovely dragon that she just wanted to go to Olivine to play in the ocean. She even wore a cute bikini for her beach day! Salamence just couldn't understand that she just wanted to have some much needed fun in the sun. Besides, Ali was all healed from any injuries she had obtained. She wouldn't have to take it easy any more, as long as she didn't get hurt again.
Ali's Salamence gave a small roar, alerting her to the approaching beach. He finally stopped trying to show off? She giggled, hugging his neck as he landed softly on the warm sand. Climbing off, the blonde scratched his head lovingly and put her stuff down. The beach was practically empty with the exception of a few swimmers here and there. She wouldn't be interrupted today while she was trying to swim peacefully.
"Come on, Salamence. Let's go for a swim~" Ali giggled, walking to the water without another word. Her Salamence followed quietly, padding into the water beside her. The sea water stopped at her waist when Ali finally stopped walking. Salamence stood beside her, looking bored and uninterested. He really just wanted fly around some more, but Ali was making him swim with her. The blonde was persuasive as far as tricking her dragon type into swimming with her. She had given him a hug and a kiss on the cheek, asking him as sweetly as possible. In the end, he said yes, but he would end up retreating to the sand if nothing happened soon. Ali only sighed, moving to float on her back. "This sure is relaxing." Ali spoke softly, closing her eyes. She was so relaxed that she didn't even notice Salamence heading back to the shore to watch her quietly. Another content sigh came from her lips and she smiled, opening her eyes to watch the small clouds that were scattered around the practically clear sky.

Nate mumbled to himself as he starred at the paintings scattered in front of him. Half of the pictures looked like someone had taken a picture of a face and jumbled its parts, and the others... well he could have done the others himself. Perhaps he ought to become an artist. He tilted his head starring curiously at the pictures. Which of these would sell for the most money? His golden eyes scanned the paintings thoughtfully, Nate had always had an eye for expensive things so he'd just have to go with this gut instinct. "This one." He muttered picking the painting up and tucking it under his arm. Maybe he could carry another? Nate blinked. Something was wrong he could just feel it. A snarl came from behind him, Nate turned and made out the shape of nearly a dozen Houndoom. "Fuckin' perfect." He dropped the painting and ran.
Barking?! Shit. Barking meant dogs and dogs meant that something had gone wrong. Nick's eyes narrowed as he turned toward the commotion. Sure enough a familiar green haired figure came flying around the corner with a pack of Houndooms chasing him. "Nate! What the--" But before he could finish his sentence he was grabbed by the arm and pulled sharply after his identical twin. Nate looked over his shoulder and gave Nick an apologetic glance, but Nick just growled. He hadn't been allowed to go on missions this week because of the news about the baby, but could he have messed up worse than Nate? He doubted it. Nick picked up his pace so he was running next to Nate. "How'd you get caught!?"
"No idea!" Nate laughed.
"What's funny?" Nick growled. Since when had being caught ever been amusing? Maybe Nate had hit his head... "More importantly why aren't we teleporting?"
"Nothing!" The older twin's voice was still cheerful, "I had to come find you!"
What the hell? Nick scowled at his brother and then back at the canine Pokemon who were suddenly looking more murderous than before. "Time to go!" Where to go though? 'Ali. I want to go to Ali.' and with that thought he vanished and Nate followed quickly. "What the hell?" Nick snarled. Where were they? Why was he wet? He turned to spot Ali in a bikini and the scowl quickly vanished from his face. "Well hello there!" He grinned looking her over quickly.
SPLASH!
Nate had appeared a bit deeper into the ocean than the other two and had gone completely under the water. 'Shit! Shit! Water!.' He'd never learned how to swim and now he was submerged in the ocean. In his desperate struggle his feet hit the sand and he pushed up toward the surface.... And stood. The water was no more than four of five feet deep. Nick roared with laughter, but Nate didn't seem to find any humor in the situation. "Why the hell are we in the ocean?" His good mood from earlier had now completely vanished as he scowled at the couple. "I should have just gone to Finn...."
Nick snickered. "You gonna be ok champ or do we need the lifeguard to come get you?" Nate growled, but his eyes quickly moved from Nick to Finn to admire Ali's clothing. Nick rolled his eyes. "Beach day Al? You should have invited us!!" Ok, so maybe last time they went swimming Nick had wanted nothing more than to get out of the water, but there was plenty to do at the beach aside from swimming right? Especially if his girlfriend was in a bikini. And now that he was looking... "Damn." His eyes widened and a bright red blush spread over his face. "That wasn't supposed to be out loud." [/style]

She turned to to who it was and a grin quickly spread across her face. "Nick~!" The blonde moved to tackle her boyfriend before hearing a splash. Turning once again to see who had made the sound, Ali erupted into giggles as Nate lost his footing in the shallow water.
"Why the hell are we in the ocean?" Ali rolled her eyes at this, moving to give Nate a hug as well. "We're here to swim, silly~" She giggled, releasing the other twin to move back to Nick's side. "Beach day Al? You should have invited us!!" The blonde shrugged, looking between the two twins. She grinned when she noticed their eyes on her, finding the attention to be rather nice. "Yup!" Ali smiled at them. "Thought you two might be too busy for the beach, but at least you're both here now," She flipped the part of her hair to the left with one hand, the other on her hip. "Damn. That wasn't supposed to be out loud." Ali snickered as her boyfriend immediately blushed, his eyes going a bit wide.
"And why not?" She grinned before striking a pose. "You like~?" Ali giggled, her hand on her hip. She quickly moved to whisper in his ear as she leaned up, being shorter than him. "You're hot when you blush," Ali whispered softly before pulling away. She then looked to Nate with a grin.
"So, what brings you two here?" She questioned, looking up at him with her bright brown eyes. "You could've just asked if you wanted to come," The blonde grinned once again as she reached for Nick's hand quietly. She had to be honest, it was great having them around. In the ocean? The frown on Nick's face conveyed his feelings about this plan almost flawlessly. Nick and Nate hadn't ever learned how to swim, their parents had tried just about every other sport for the boys to exert their "energy" but after traumatizing a few too many coaches they'd given up. Water wasn't a weakness of theirs per say, at least not when it was in small contained concrete pools, but the ocean was a whole different story. For one there were waves. Oh yes, waves, he'd seen the commercials of those zubat shit crazy surfers cruising down a wall of water that was at least ten stories high. Where did those come from? Did they just appear out of the blue? And then there were Sharpedos that roamed the water. No way. He wanted out and he wanted out no-- The feeling of Ali's arms around him made him forget all about his hatred for the ocean. Still, no matter how much she begged there was no way in hell he was swimming.
"Swim? Is she serious?" Nate's golden eyes scanned his brother's face for any sign that he was feeling the same. Not only was he soaking wet, and extremely salty, but now his brother was getting the royal treatment and he was stuck watching the two schmooze again. It was gross. Not only that, but their laughter about his little near drowning experience had only managed to annoy him further. He watches as she came toward him and gave Nick a playful wink when Ali wrapped her arms around him. Nate snickered and returned the favor holding her tightly in a soaking wet squeeze. Despite Nick's warning growl Nate committed to only releasing the busty blonde after holding her for a second or two longer than might normally be acceptable just to piss Nick off. "Too busy to come to the beach with you?" His eyes flicked to Nick almost waiting for him to finish his joke.
Nick rolled his eyes and less enthusiastically finished his brother's though process. "Never." The adrenaline rush was slowly wearing off and he was finding himself a bit less amused by Nate's antics. Not only had his brother's arrogance ruined a job today, but it had also barred Nick from helping in the heist. Nate was still worried about Nick's ability to do anything criminal now that he'd heard the news about the baby, but doing nothing made him feel worse, useless even.
At her next question the twins nodded in unison, their eyes turning to admire her handsome physique in nothing but a teeny weeny bikini. Identical smirks appeared on their lips. "Very much." They spoke at the same time, shooting one another amused glances. They hadn't been together lately as much as they were used to, but it seemed as though somethings were impossible to forget. There was no doubt that Nick and Nate were different people in their own right, but many of their mannerisms were so similar that to many it appeared as though they could read each other's brain waves. Then in a moment their sync was lost.
"He's hot when he blushes?" Nate groaned, "damn you two are such saps. I swear to Arceus its like reading something out of a shitty romance novel."
Nick snarled. "No one asked for your opinion. If she says I'm hot when I blush she means it. Right Al?"
Nate's eyes lit with amusement, "I'm certain that she would never ever lie to you brother." Nick's eyes narrowed at his brother's words, but neither of them would start a fight. Not here. If they fought in the water it might mean that someone would be pushed under, or worse...
Brought them here? "Nate botched a mission." Nick shot his brother a knowing smirk which was only returned with a growl. Nate hated losing at his own game, but the fact of the matter was that neither of them were exceptional criminals on their own. Much like everything else in their lives they relied on one another to be successful. Nick watched as Nate started slowly trudging toward the shore. His golden eyes glittered in amusement. It was unusual for Nate to move slowly, but even more rare to see him looking so much like a drowned rat. Never-the-less Nick followed his twin's lead. There was no way in hell he was planning on staying in the ocean just waiting for a Sharpedo to pick exactly where it wanted to bite into him. | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=CellPadding,4,true][atrb=CellSpacing,0,true][atrb=valign,top][atrb=style,width: 350px; font-family: arial; color: #0F0F0F; background-color: E3E3E3; background-image: url("i.imgur.com/N9eCi.png"); border-top: 1px dotted #CB231A; border-left: 7px solid #CB231A; border-right: 7px solid #CB231A; border-bottom: 7px solid #CB231A; text-align: justify;] |

She knew they weren't the biggest fans of swimming, but come on, they were only up to their waists! She would be more likely to drown than they were, due to her smaller size. Like that mattered, though. There was just no way to make these two swim with her. "Swim? Is she serious?" The blonde nodded quietly, putting on her best smile. Maybe she could make them stay somehow?
She moved closer to Nick, purposely aiming to bump her hip into his. Her grin was somewhat devious as she looked up at him. "Oops, sorry~" She purred before turning to face Nate, placing her hands on her hips. Too busy? They were almost never too busy to bug her, it seemed. Not that she minded, though. The twins were great company and were often around a lot. "You two, busy?" She paused, snickering. "You could never be too busy for your favorite blonde, right~?" Ali looked from one twin to the other with a wink before laughing at their identical smirks, caused by one of her questions.
The girl raised an eyebrow, only slightly annoyed by Nate's remark. A shitty romance novel? How rude! Ali opened her mouth to speak when Nick cut her off, resulting in a nod of approval at his words. "I'm certain that she would never ever lie to you brother." She scowled a bit at his words, clearly annoyed now.
"Yeah, he's hot when he blushes. Got a problem with that, Nate?" She then looked to Nick. "Right," Another nod was shot in his direction as she turned her attention back to Nate. "I wouldn't, actually, so you could drop it,"
At Nick's next words, she snickered. Nate's growl only amused her even more as she watched the two. So Nate botched a mission, huh? Before she could respond, both boys began moving back to the shore. The blonde quickly pouted, hurrying to follow them. "Where are you going?" She reached out for Nick in an attempt to slow him down, as she had only just gotten into the ocean.
"I guess we're not swimming anymore, huh?" She didn't bother to hide her disappointment at no longer swimming, but she quickened her pace as her Salamence watched them approach, moving off on Ali's towel to make room for the blonde.
She finally made it on shore and lied down on her towel upon reaching it, sighing. If she couldn't swim, then she could at least tan. The drawstrings on her bikini top might be a problem later when she checked her tan lines, but untying them around Nick and Nate might be a bad idea. Ali glanced over at them, giggling slightly. They looked ridiculous, almost as if they were wet cats or something. "You two sure are wet~" She snickered, reaching up to poke at them.
Ali quietly turned then, moving to lie on her stomach. "You two gonna join me, or am I gonna have to make you put sunscreen on me?" She glanced at them again, grinning. Personally, she wouldn't mind if they joined her or applied sunscreen to her. As long as they were here, she would never mind.
"Actually, how 'bout both~?" The blonde snickered, reaching for her sunscreen as she spoke.[/style] |

Nate rolled his eyes playfully, "heading toward the shore wasn't obvious enough for you Alana?" A snarl came from Nick's direction, but Nate couldn't be bothered by his brother's warning, in his opinion stupid questions deserved to be chided. "Allow me to make this perfectly clear for you then. We are headed to the shore, more specifically the towel that your Salamence is laying on." He glanced back at her over his shoulder giving her his most charming grin. Nate really did enjoy Ali's company, but as far as he was concerned she was the reason that he'd almost drowned and he certainly wasn't going to allow said act to go unpunished. Besides, Ali was showing her annoyance with him, tsk, she should have known better. Growling at him was practically an open invitation to tease her if he'd ever seen one.
”Nate leave her alone.” Nick snarled again. His golden eyes watched his twin brother closely, one false move and he wouldn’t hesitate to attack. First the botched robbery and now Nate was frustrating Ali. As if he was reading Nick’s mind Nate glanced over his shoulder once again and gave his twin a little wave. It was unusual for Nate to back down from an argument, but Nick couldn’t say he minded. Fighting in the water seemed like a horrible idea to both of the twins. ”Idiot.” Nick muttered, his eyes dropped to the water in search of a foreign shape, but his attention was quickly brought back to the surface when Ali spoke again. Before Nick could utter a warning Nate had already jumped.
”Wet?” He looked down at himself, a wide smirk growing over his lips. ”You don’t say!”
Nick growled. ”Nate shut up.”
”Or what? You’ll come after me?”
Nick’s eyes narrowed. ’Dammit.’ Nate was just as afraid of water as Nick, but he still had an advantage. Electric type Pokemon. The green haired male sighed, if they were trapped by water Pokemon because they were distracted by a fight Nick wouldn’t be able to defend himself. Normally he would simply rely on teleportation, but being in the water had him stressed enough, if a fight with his brother as well as a trap were thrown into the picture he wasn’t so sure he would be able to leave. ”If you keep it up you’d better not set foot on the sand… I’ll make you regret it.” His tone was low again, a hollow threat but a threat none-the-less. Nate simply laughed and waved a hand, reminding his brother to relax.
Sand! Sweet sand! Nate wasn’t sure he’d ever been so happy to have his feet back on dry land… Even if he was, as Ali had so obviously pointed out, wet. Nate glanced to his brother and Ali, a toothy grin grew from cheek to cheek, but upon seeing the Salamence move he quickly settled down. Nick may have gained a respect for the enormous dragon Pokemon through dating Ali, but Nate was still quite afraid of the beast.
Nick smirked, as he noticed Nate’s expression change. About damn time that he got a bit of sense knocked into him. He shot Ali a sideways glance wondering if she too had noticed the change. Nick looked down at his clothing and sighed, he hated water but being wet was almost as bad. As if on cue both brothers started to tug at their wet clothing. They were already at the beach, so what did it matter if they stripped down to their boxers? Nick was sure Ali wouldn’t mind, and the beach itself seemed pretty quiet, besides, there weren’t many that were brave enough to argue with the tall figures, especially with the enormous dragon and the beautiful blonde on their side. Within seconds the two were down to their boxers and had brightened considerably at the thought of helping Ali with her sunscreen. Nate nudged his brother, ”are you going to just stand here or are you going to help her out? I would but… I think I'm supposed to let you get first dibs.” Nick rolled his eyes and stepped closer to Ali, taking the bottle from her hand. He gave it an inquisitive look, neither of the twins had used sunscreen before, but he had an idea of what to do.
Nate’s eyes brightened in amusement as he watched his brother begin to apply the sunscreen sloppily. He certainly wasn’t just going to stand around and watch though, Nate flopped back on the towel next to Ali and gave her a bright grin. ”You know. I think Nick and I would both prefer it if you kept that beast in his ball. He’s a bit intimidating.” Nate snickered as Nick gave him yet another scornful look. Oh yes, today would be a fun day there was no denying it, he’d get to spend the day with one of his best friends and his brother and both were in the perfect mood to tease them. It was easy really, almost too easy, but that wouldn’t stop Nate from giving the couple a hard time.

It could be amusing at times, but right now, she had to say that Nick didn't really find it amusing. Her boyfriend was snarling up a storm. Sometimes, he growled and snarled so much that she'd think he was part Ursaring.
Ali shrugged her bare shoulders carelessly, rolling her eyes at Nate's explanation. Did he really think he was going to take her towel? She scowled slightly, but it was quickly replaced with an amused grin when she saw Nate look over his shoulder to grin at her. Her attention was then grabbed by his brother, who had snarled a warning to his twin. "He's fine, Nick." The blonde flashed him a reassuring smile before watching Nate give Nick a little wave. She giggled at Nate's next remark, followed by a warning from Nick. "Hey, no fighting, or I'll come after both of you," Ali growled lightly, narrowing her eyes.
These two were not about to get in a fight right here and now. At least, not if she had anything to say about it. Her somewhat serious expression was quickly replaced by a grin as she watched Nate laugh and wave off Nick's threat.
The blonde snickered when Nate's expression changed, earning a questioning look from the Salamence. She gave the dragon type a little wave, blowing him a quick kiss before glancing at Nick. He happened have glanced at her as well and she smiled happily. Lately, her mood has been anything but happy, but with him and Nate around, she felt at ease. There was just something about them that helped her relax. Maybe it was their easy-going attitudes or their playful teasing? Whatever it was, Ali was glad they had it.
Folding her arms in front of her, she rested her head on them, closing her bright brown eyes. A little giggle came from her when she heard Nate speak up, nodding in agreement. Ali shifted a little to move her blonde hair away from her back so the sunscreen wouldn't get in it. As she did so, she tucked some behind her ear, briefly touching the music note tattoo that was located there.
"You can take it up with Salamence, then." Ali grinned, moving her head to look over at Nate. "I'm pretty sure he'd much rather stay out here, though~" She giggled a little before sighing, relaxing at Nick's touch. She closed her eyes once more and went back to resting her head on her arms as Salamence moved his head to look from Nick to Nate.
The large dragon didn't have a problem with either twin, but that didn't stop them from finding him rather intimidating. Personally, Salamence happened to like them. Ali liked them and if she liked them, then why couldn't he? Salamence grinned a bit and tried to nudge Nick with his nose, making a happy noise. Once he was done nudging Nick, he turned his head and tried to nudge Nate as well.
Ali opened one eye and laughed, watching her Salamence try to nudge the twins. He wasn't all that bad. They just had to warm up to him. She grinned over at Nick and Nate before closing her eyes again, thinking about doing nothing but taking a nice nap...[/style] |
