Despite the boy's love of snow, he and the fire lizard hit it off immediately, the two becoming fast and near inseperable friends. Emperor was by his side, even through the terrible disaster that erased his family from that plane of existance. He was one of the two Pokemon that were with Rath when he joined the Rebel Forces, and he is one f the two most trusted Pokemon on the entire team even now.

ADMIRAL NAME: Admiral SPECIES: Empoleon GENDER: Male EGG GROUP: Water 1 and Field MOVES: Hydro Pump Aqua Ring Surf Metal Claw Strength Peck Swords Dance Brine THE POKEMON: Admiral was Rath's second Pokemon, one more fitting for his hometown, and was acquired not long after Emperor was. The little fire lizard and the the penguin got along surprisingly well, and together they were all that kept Rath mentally sound at all after the death of his family. Admiral has been by the boy's side ever since, the levelheaded of his main duo, and is one of the two most trusted Pokemon on his team, Emperor being the other.

KING NAME: King SPECIES: Bisharp GENDER: Male EGG GROUP: Human-Like MOVES: Psycho Cut Night Slash Iron Defense Metal Claw Fury Cutter Slash Faint Attack Metal Burst THE POKEMON: Let it be known that Rath likes swords. He likes blades of all sorts, though despite his suicidal tendencies, not for their ability to end his life. He finds something fascinating about the edge of the blade, about the way the light glints off a polished sword. So when he happened to stumble across a sword Pokemon on one of his missions, it had to be his. And it was, the Pokemon taking to Rath and his style like a fish to water.

MAGI NAME: Magi SPECIES: Metang GENDER: Male EGG GROUP: Mineral MOVES: Magnet Rise Take Down Metal Claw Confusion Scary Face Pursuit Self-destruct THE POKEMON: Magi is the exception to Rath's team, technically his sixth Pokemon. It was stolen by another Rebel from another trainer, and the giant floating thing still resents Rath for it, blaming him for everything. Their fighting styles are completely different, they don't get along, and Rath is convinced the only reason he was given it was because it matched the majority of his team in type. Not that he can really say anything about it, instead just trying to do his best without using it. It's working well so far.

GENERAL NAME: General SPECIES: Aron GENDER: Male EGG GROUP: Monster MOVES: Iron Head Dragon Rush Stealth Rock Take Down Iron Defense Roar Headbutt Mud Slap THE POKEMON: General is the spoiled baby of the team, caught and befriended shortly before Rath was given Magi, if only for the reason that it was shiny. Or at least, that's the reason Rath gives, not revealing to anyone the fact that it curled up with him in a cave one day and he merely took a liking to it. Its size belies its power, and the little rock monster is just as strong as the fully evolved creatures on the team, if not as fast due to its stubble legs. It likes to pick on Magi.

KNIGHT NAME: Knight SPECIES: Scizor GENDER: Male EGG GROUP: MOVES: Night Slash X-Scissor Steel Wing Bug Buzz Razor Wind Slash Agility Air Slash THE POKEMON: Rath likes swords. Knight was his fourth Pokemon, after King, and caught back when it was just a Scyther. Admittedly, the blades on his arms weren't swords, but they were close enough that Rath wanted it on his team. Knight, too, took to Rath's style, much as King did, and the wo fo them together make a fierce combination attack, combining both speed and power.
