He belonged to Jeremy's father, who decided that the rock type was no good for him, and that he was too boring to use. Drillem was a frustrating pokemon, disappointed with having been given away, but like any starting pokemon does, Jeremy came to rely on him and they formed a close bond through their travels, eventually evolving into his final form. They fight well together, and Rhyperior loves battling for him now.

STOMPEM NAME: stompem SPECIES: boldore GENDER: male EGG GROUP: mineral MOVES: sand attack headbutt rock blast mudslap iron defense smack down power gem rock slide THE POKEMON: Stompem came across Jeremy on his travels through Unova. The Boldore practically sat on his campfire, and Jeremy had to catch him so that they could go back to their warmth. It was a struggle of a battle, because the Boldore did not want to go down without a fight, but eventually Jeremy won him over and they have been good friends and a tough team since then. Stompem still is not a fan of campfires however, and will often attempt to stomp them out if Jeremy isn't keeping a close enough eye on them.

THROWEM NAME: throwem SPECIES: throh GENDER: male EGG GROUP: human like MOVES: bind leer bide focus energy seismic toss revenge storm throw vital throw THE POKEMON: Throwem was a funny pokemon when he first came across Jeremy during his travels around Unova. The people told him to watch out of the fighting type, but as any young man, Jeremy did not want to listen. Throwem tried to take on the man without any pokemon, and Jeremy let him toss him halfway across the mountain to where he sustained quite a few bodily injuries including a broken wrist and many broken ribs. He came across the throh a few days later, looking worse for wear but took him on using his Golduck instead, eventually capturing the mischeivous pokemon.

HACKEM NAME: hackem SPECIES: porygon GENDER: genderless EGG GROUP: mineral MOVES: recover conversion conversion 2 sharpen psybeam agility magnet rise signal beam THE POKEMON: Hackem was given to Jeremy by the rebels because of it's data-tracking abilities and its usefulness with computers. Jeremy uses Hackem almost exclusively for tracking people's credit cards and other technical data, because otherwise they're really not that close. Hackem wishes he could do more for Jeremy like his other pokemon can, but there is simply no real way for him to do so except evolving, and Jeremy is unsure of how to get the porygon to evolve.

DIGEM NAME: digem SPECIES: diglett GENDER: female EGG GROUP: field MOVES: growl astonish mudslap magnitude bulldoze sucker punch mud bomb earth power THE POKEMON: When Jeremy found Diglett Cave in Kanto, he was very keen to travel the length and see where it took him. The Pewter to Vermillion tunnel came in incredibly handy, and he quickly became used to it. One day however, he found himself ambushed by a swarm of female diglett who had been keen to find mates with whom to evolve. He could not escape the group, and instead had to take most of them out, but one fought even after all her companions had fallen. Amused by her stamina, Jer captured her and they have been companions ever since.

SLASHEM NAME: slashem SPECIES: golduck GENDER: female EGG GROUP: water 1 and field MOVES: Aqua Jet Water Sport Water Gun Water Pulse Fury Swipe Soak Psych Up Zen Headbutt THE POKEMON: Slashem was Jeremy's second ever pokemon. He had only just left home on his travels when he saw the Psyduck bashing it's head against a pole. He stopped it, thinking it was stupid when it realised the headache it had. Deciding to train it and help it as best he could, the psyduck was actually only one battle away from it's evolution. With a bit of training, she evolved into Golduck, and Jeremy hasn't looked back since, glad to have the tough - no longer self-hurting - water type on his team.
