You either reply with duck or goose. Like when playing as a child, a duck is like a pass by, you're not doing anything. But if you reply with a goose you must 'dare' someone to do something. Whether it's OOC or IC is entirely up to you.
For example, I post a duck, and then Tea (I'm using you as an example, bb, sorry!) posts goose to me, she gets to ask me to do something (generally silly) of her choosing. She could make me put something amusing in my signature, or make me list some reasons for something (Ten reasons why White would leave N for Cheren, or something) or something that a character has to do in a thread, like pantsing someone, or being caught doing something.. It can be as silly as you like.
But you can't back out of your geese, because by participating at all, you have to accept the chances of being goosed!
