When she was five she was in dance lessons but her balance sucked and on performance night she knocked over every other girl in the class. When she was nine, she started soccer, and was pretty good at kicking the balls directly into everyone else's hands. As she grew, her parents became more and more certain that she would never find her niche in the world - she tried everything under the sun but with everything she did, she managed to fail. She didn't pass any of her classes in trainer school, and when she thought she might be able to be a day care centre helper, she lost an egg on the first day. Much later in life however, in her late teens, her parents decided she need a pokemon that would care for her and make sure she didn't hurt herself in all of her endeavours, and so they hunted down something reliable but strong at the same time - what they handed her was a cute little Cyndaquil, only a few months old but fiercely protective. Cyndy instantly became her best friend and the only thing alive that really understood her urges to be perfect, but also the ability to see everything in a light that most others couldn't. Her positivity inspired Cyndy and within weeks she had evolved into a Quilava. The pair were inseparable, no matter what they did, they were side by side. On a random day they were attacked by a group of trainers, and Cyndy leapt in front of Adele, evolving to her final form in order to protect her. The now Typhlosion exploded in flames and chased off their attackers, but from then on Adele saw no use in keeping any other pokemon around, the protective pokemon her only necessary one. Cyndy and Adele are very close, and Adele sleeps curled up in the pokemon's arms for warmth every night without fail. Adele joined the Rebels fairly unknowingly. She was given the opportunity for "protection against bad things" and knowing Cyndy was always worried gave her the motivation she needed in order to try. It was only a few days in that the rebels realised they hadn't really made a good investment and had to figure out some way of keeping her in the rebels that was still making them a profitable pokemon income. She was paired with Felix recently, much to Cyndy's dismay, as she believes the man has no interest in the niceness of her trainer and just wants to use her as a distraction.
