ASPEN NAME: aspen SPECIES: altaria GENDER: female EGG GROUP: dragon ; flying MOVES: sing dragonbreath mist safeguard dragon dance cotton guard natural gift fury attack THE POKEMON: aspen, called asp or aspy, could be called the calm and collected one in this trio. she is normally very grounded and calm about most if not all situations. she happens to get along fairly well with both raffi and prim, but she has had a few falling outs with hayden and landon's pokemon. aspen and odessa had met when odessa's mother had come home from a business trip with an altaria in her possession, claiming the beautiful pokemon was just a little gift from her business partners. little did odessa know, aspen was a present from her parents and brothers for christmas. once christmas morning had arrived and odessa had unwrapped aspen, the two quickly went off to play and they bonded rather quickly.

RAFFIA NAME: raffia SPECIES: spheal GENDER: female EGG GROUP: field ; water 1 MOVES: aurora beam body slam ice ball encore growl defense curl powder snow water gun THE POKEMON: raffia, often called raf or raffi, is the vivacious member of odessa's team. she is fun-loving, friendly, playful, and all around spirited girl that odessa loves having on her team. raffia originally belonged to hayden, but he didn't exactly like how she was "girlish" and "she clashed with his team" so he ended up giving her to odessa to take care of. odessa had raffi at one of her contest practices and while raffi watched, she soon became fascinated with coordinating. after trying it out, she officially joined odessa's team with hayden's blessing and the two began practicing right away.
